#33 Down Dog Variation at the Wall
For another stretch on your pectorals and latissimus dorsi, stand far enough from a wall so that when you are to touch the wall, your body will be parallel to the ground. Move into this position as you pivot at the hips, but make sure that your spine is straight all the time. As you maintain the position, move your chest forward and make a slight arch in your upper back. Hence, stretch your lats and chest muscles. Special tip: try bending at the knees if your hamstrings are tight.
#34 Assisted Chest Stretch Variation
To stretch your pectorals yet once again, lye down the floor and have your face down. Work with a partner on this one. The partner should pull your hands back, and you will be able to feel a deep muscle stretch in your chest. Avoid this exercise if you have shoulder pains.
