#7 Lateral Side Flexion
This one is great for your neck muscles. Prolong your neck as much as you could, and slowly move your ear towards your shoulder. Make sure you are not collapsing the cervical spine though. To further extend this stretch, sit on a chair and hold onto the bottom of the seat. Tension will go down your arm and neck, but you are able to then target the upper traps.
#8 Neck Rotation Stretch
Just like the previous one, this one emphasizes the sternocleidomastoid muscle, or also known as the SCM. Start rotating your neck very slowly. Keep your chin a bit so you isolate the SCM. To make a deeper effect, put pressure with the opposite hand from the direction that you are rotating.
