#15 Lat Stretch with Spinal Traction
To stretch your latissimus dorsi, find a bar to firmly grip on it and slowly lift your feet off the ground. You need to feel this stretch in your chest and lats. In case you are totally off the ground, you will also feel traction in your lumbar spine. It is not a good idea to place this exercise in your workout plans if you have had a recent injury on any of your shoulders.
#16 Lat Stretch at the Wall Muscles
To further work on your latissimus dorsi, put your both hands on the corner of a wall/post. Have your spine prolonged and push your hips out to the side in a slow manner. Still, do not do this if you experience problems in your lower back.
